Rock At the Lagoon : The Gaugan IA Contest on Hive - Week 61 - No. 2

My new Gaugan drawing is the second one for this week. For my digital drawing scene this time, I chose to create a beautiful lake or lagoon with lush green trees and rocks.

I used five features to represent different brushstroke images. I wanted to make the lake look like it was far away into the horizon, so I painted the river color purple high into the sky portion of my canvas.

I tried to create a rock feature in the lake by drawing a rock with the brown color on the palette and encasing it in a blue frame. I then added a funny face inside the rock with red color to represent flowers. Next, I added two different green colors; one to represent trees, and the other, bushes. The clouds in the sky adds a dramatic touch to the water scene.

I think it turned out nice. To achieve this drawing, I utilized the Nvidia Gaugan AI drawing program. The software generates photorealistic imagery from basic brush strokes. The program takes your basic drawing strokes and apply them to a blank canvas.

I just discovered how to capture the entire page so I could show my work in the canvas. I thought I could only download my image within the frames. So I uploaded my brushstrokes again that I had already saved into the program. The brushstrokes are in the form of a Segmentation Map. To distinguish my brushstrokes from the finished drawings, I name them: Canvas-brushstrokes.

I utilized a different filter with a nice serene purple colored background for my thumbnail photo. If I click on the the box with the question mark at the bottom of the page, it will produce a different color and effect to my brushstrokes.

This is the time when I can remove or add additional features if the color filters produce too dark a photo where you can't see the outline of the images.

Once I finished applying all the filters and deciding which images I want to save, I just download them.
