Very good morning my beautiful people of this community, as always it is a pleasure to greet you and wish you all the best. Today I'm in one of pampering the little ones and even bigger of the house, I wanted to make them a rich and different breakfast, and who does not like some delicious tequeños stuffed with cheese? and that's what I prepared today, let's see how they are prepared so they are encouraged and do it at home.
Ingredientes:
Masa de harina de trigo.
Queso.
Salchicha.
Ingredients:

Sausage.
Tomamos una parte de la masa la colocamos encima del mesón y con una botella de vidrio estiramos lo mas que se pueda, luego con el cuchillo cortamos por los lados los sobrantes formando un rectángulo y de ahí sacamos tiras para hacer el tequeño, cortamos también el queso y la salchichas en tiras pequeñas.
We take a part of the dough and place it on the counter and with a glass bottle we stretch it as much as possible, then with a knife we cut the leftovers on the sides forming a rectangle and from there we take strips to make the tequeño, we also cut the cheese and sausages in small strips.
Colamos un pedacito de que en la punta de la tira de harina de trigo, sellamos la punta y enrollamos la tira de harina alrededor de queso hasta cubrirlo todo y cerramos bien al final para que al freír no se abra, lo mismo hacemos con la salchicha en vez del queso colocamos un pedazo de salchicha y enrollamos alrededor de la misma manera, e incluso lo hacemos mixto un pedazo de queso junto con uno de salchicha y enrollamos.
We put a small piece of cheese on the tip of the wheat flour strip, seal the tip and roll the flour strip around the cheese until it covers everything and close it well at the end so that when frying it does not open, the same thing we do with the sausage instead of the cheese we put a piece of sausage and roll it around in the same way, and we even do it mixed with a piece of cheese together with a piece of sausage and roll it up.
Luego en un sartén con aceite previamente caliente colocamos a freír los tequeños, esperamos que doren por un lado volteamos y luego retiramos del sartén, así tenemos unos rico, crujientes y doraditos tequeños rellenos de queso, salchicha y mixtos, perfecto para un desayuno y consentir a los pequeños de la casa.
Then in a frying pan with previously hot oil we place the tequeños to fry, we wait for them to brown on one side, turn over and then remove from the pan, so we have some rich, crunchy and golden tequeños stuffed with cheese, sausage and mixed, perfect for breakfast and to pamper the little ones at home.
