To make Dal Puri at home follow the detailed step by step recipe with photos posted below: -
First the Chana dal should be washed very well and soaked with water for two to three hours.
First I took three cups of flour in a bowl Of these, a small amount of refined oil and a little salt. knead the flour very well with oil and salt for two to three minutes.
Then mix the flour well with warm water little by little.
When it is coated, turn it on the ground with a little refined oil and cover it for 30 to 40 minutes.
Then when the Dal gets wet, dry it well.
Then in a mixer grinder grind the dal to medium quality past.
Then in a hot pan take two dried chillies, two cardamoms and two cloves
Then stir for 30 seconds and add 2 teaspoons of whole cumin and 2 teaspoons of whole coriander. fry the spices on a low flame for two minutes.
Then pour the spice in a pot and let it cool
When it cools down, I will powder it in a mixer grinder.
Now take 1 teaspoon of ghee or white oil in a frying pan
When oil or ghee is hot, add 1 teaspoon black cumin,1 teaspoon of hing, 1 teaspoon ginger paste and some chilli paste. Give you a little water to move it.
Then add sugar and salt to taste.
When the spice is well crushed, put the Dal Paste in it. Then move it in a light flam.
Then add two teaspoons of fried spices which we had prepared earlier.
Then put this in a container and cool it.
Then do the flour in small pieces.
Then do the porter stuffing of dal.
Then do the grind the stuffed flour into rounds like Luchi.
Then take half a cup of refined oil in a pan.
When the oil is hot, fry it one by one in the oil with dalpuri.
If it is light golden brown, take it out of the pan.
Once the dalpuri is fried, serve it hot with tomato sauce or any vegetable.
