250gr	Salsa de Tomate 🍅

1 Cucharada	Adobo

Primer Paso| First step

Lavar y picar los pimentones en tiras.

Segundo Paso| Second step

En un sartén añadiremos la tacita de aceite, esperemos que este se caliente un poco procederemos añadir al pimentón.

Tercer Paso | Third step

Una vez el pimentón este un poco sofrito, procederemos agradar los 250gr de Salsa de Tomate y comenzaremos a revolver.

Cuarto Paso | Fourth step

Ya estando bien unido el pimentón con la salsa de tomate añadiremos los trocitos de pollo y comenzaremos a revolver hasta lograr cubrir todo el pollo.

Quinto Paso | Fifth step

Añadiremos una taza de agua y procederemos a tapar el sartén , para que el pollo se vaya cocinando poco a poco a fuego lento, al pasar 5 minutos destapamos y procedemos agregar los condimentos( cubito, color y adobo) revolvemos y dejamos que este hierva a fuego lento por 25 minutos.

Sexto Paso | Sixth step

Luego de haber transcurrido el tiempo procederemos a verificar si el pollo está completamente cocido, si es así retiramos de la fuego y luego serviremos.

Tendrás un rico pollo en salsa roja que podrás acompañar con cualquier tipo de contorno que desees.

Yo en lo particular lo acompañe con una taza de arroz, una rica ensalada rusa, plátano frito y una vaso de jugo de parchita y buen provecho!
