i hope my all friends will be well. by the grace of Allah i am also well. today i want to share some roll Shami recipe that my mom made at home. roll shami is full of crispy and crunchy recipe. Roll Syrian recipe is the most made recipe in Pakistan. Everyone loves to eat it. There are different types of roll shami recipe. Some people eat it with egg and some people eat it with white flour.I eat rolls made of white light. Because their taste is very good and it is also very crunchy and Spicy. Today I am going to share the recipe with you. I hope all my friends will like it.
First we learn about the ingredients that will be used in it.
ingredients
White flour
salt
pepper
zera
cooking oil
potatoes
garm msala
Tips of Recipe
Take two cups of flour, add one teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of oil, then add a little water and knead it well. Then put this kneaded dough in a pot for 10 to 15 minutes and cover it with a cloth.
Now we take half KG potatoes then add some water in it and boil the potatoes when potatoes are well boiled and then we will make it into a good paste. after that add some salt and red chili and garm msala according to own taste.
Now we will make this flour bread. After making the bread, we will put a layer of potato paste on it. Then we will round it up like shawarma. and then we cut it into small pieces with the help of a knife.
We'll keep it in the fridge for a while. then we'll fry it in cooking oil on medium flame. I hope you understand this recipe, try it at home and share her experience with us.
