Days like these are rare since the strict lockdown has been implemented. Today, I got lucky to get some fresh lettuce and other veggies that didn't taste bitter or not rotten.
Though I only got three small heads of lettuce, am still grateful I can eat something light and healthier.
For the dressing I made a very simple mix:
Olive oil
Mustard
Lemon juice
Pepper
No measurements because I add each ingredients little bit of a time and taste from time to time until I get the right balanced of flavor.
Other ingredients to go with the salad are these; onion, cucumber and grapes. I like adding some fruits to my salad so it's not boring, it's either apple, grapes or pears and even mangoes when I feel like having Asian salad.
I didn't have any meat available other than canned tuna in water, I needed some protein so it'll fell me up. Also, some almonds for some extra texture, 😉.
