Cutting back some carbs but not omitting to my diet!
Today is rest day. Means, I have to take a break from weight lifting and intense cardio but still have to move around now and then.
Am craving for some bread, and I love bread for my sandwiches. I wanted to have bread with my eggs but I don't want to eat too much carbs today because I had four slices of pizza yesterday and got my extra peanut butter sandwich.
So, I decided to cut the middle of the bread, leaving the side crust. Then crack the egg in the middle!
Pretty cool ha!
I saw this on pinterest one day, I thought it's a good idea, I can still enjoy my egg sandwich this way.
It's satisfying enough for every diet and for me, it's something fun to do with my food. So, I think am going to start doing this whenever I need to limit my carbs for the day or even if don't have to limit my carbs, it's like food art don't you think?
