I made a super lazy empanada dough, as you can see I didn't even really wrapped it perfectly, and use the left over beef chili and added mozzarella cheese!
While it's still early for me to eat, I I'll have to wait a little bit, and I can just pop it in the oven for few minutes to heat it up!
Can't wait for lunch! 😋
