TGIF! 🤓 That means it's time for some culinary experimentation. Many times have I made basic Alfredo Pasta, but today I decided to try a derived version with almond milk and spinach. Safe to say it was a very good decision.
Started of with cooking some garlic, fresh basil, fresh oregano, mushrooms and black olives in butter. 🍃
Then added the milk and some shredded cheese while stirring. Once completely creamy, I added the spinach, some salt, pepper, mix in the pasta itself and Voila! 🧀
A simple salt, pepper and butter pork loin strip completes the meal.
