Hola comunidad espero hayan tenido un excelente fin de semana, quiero mostrarles todo el proceso de desinfección y organización de alimentos en la nevera una vez llego a casa. Espero les guste y puedan aplicarlo.
Hello community, I hope you had an excellent weekend, I want to show you the entire process of disinfection and organization of food in the fridge once I get home. I hope you like it and can apply it.
LAVADO / WASHED
Es muy importante una vez que traemos los vegetales y frutas a casa lavarlos, ya que estos han sido manipulados por muchas personas y no sabemos en qué condiciones de higiene se encuentran. Esto también nos ayuda a prevenir enfermedades diarreicas y estomacales.
It is very important once we bring the vegetables and fruits home to wash them, since they have been handled by many people and we do not know in what hygiene conditions they are. This also helps us prevent diarrheal and stomach diseases.
- Lo primero que hago es colocarlos en el lavavajillas.
The first thing I do is put them in the dishwasher.
- Luego con una esponja los lavo con 2 gotas de jabón liquido diluido en 1 taza de agua, posterior a esto los enjuago muy bien con abundante agua.
Then with a sponge I wash them with 2 drops of liquid soap diluted in 1 cup of water, after that I rinse them very well with plenty of water
SECADO / DRYING
- Ya lavados los coloco en el mesón para que se vayan secando mientras voy lavando el resto. Una vez que terminó de hacerlo con todos, como aun no están secos por completos, con un paño de cocina limpio los voy secando uno por uno muy bien.
Once washed, I place them on the counter so that they dry while I wash the rest. Once I have finished doing it with all of them, as they are not completely dry yet, with a clean kitchen towel I will dry them one by one very well.
ORGANIZACIÓN / ORGANIZATION
- Ya secos los coloco en la mesa para ir organizándolos en el recipiente para las verduras que trae la nevera.
Once dry, I place them on the table to organize them in the container for vegetables that the fridge brings.
- Los primeros alimentos que coloco son los más duros como la papa, zanahoria y remolacha. Encima de ellos coloco los blandos como los tomates, las guayabas y las berenjenas
The first foods that I put in are the hardest ones like potatoes, carrots and beets. On top of them I place the soft ones like tomatoes, guavas and aubergines
- Hay alimentos que me gusta guardar envuelto en papel film, ayuda a que se mantengan frescos como el coliflor, repollo, brócoli y la lechuga. Esto también aplica para aquellos que, están picados y nos quedan la mitad, por ejemplo la auyama, los aguacates, el melón, la patilla.
There are foods that I like to keep wrapped in plastic wrap; it helps to keep them fresh like cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli and lettuce. This also applies to those who are chopped and we have half left, for example squash, avocados, melon, watermelon.
ALIÑOS VERDES / GREEN DRESSINGS
- Todos lo verde cebollín o cebolla de cabeza, apio, perejil, pimentón, acelga, espinaca los coloco en una bolsa platica cerrada, puedes usar una que sea hermética o un recipiente de plástico con tapa bien sellado, esto ayuda que no se marchiten por la humedad del refrigerador.
All the green chives or head onion, celery, parsley, paprika, chard, spinach I place in a closed plastic bag, you can use one that is airtight or a plastic container with a well-sealed lid, this helps that they do not wilt due to the refrigerator humidity
- El cilantro lo coloco en un recipiente con agua puede ser de vidrio o plástico, esto me lo enseño una amiga y la verdad es que es súper útil la hoja siempre se mantiene fresca y además siguen floreciendo, claro siempre dejo la raíz en el agua. Puedes colocarlo en la puerta o en uno de los compartimentos de la nevera
I place the coriander in a container with water, it can be glass or plastic, a friend taught me this and the truth is that it is super useful, the leaf always stays fresh and also continues to bloom, of course I always leave the root in the water. You can place it on the door or in one of the compartments of the fridge.
- Los plátanos y frutas los guardo en unos de los compartimentos puedes dejarlos fuera de la nevera principalmente sin están verdes yo las guardo cuando están maduras. Finalmente es así como quedan una vez guardados en la nevera
I keep bananas and fruits in one of the compartments, you can leave them out of the fridge, mainly without being green, and I keep them when they are ripe. Finally this is how they are once stored in the fridge
