Chicken Manchurian is a very common dish but I wanted something more healthy, so I decided to go for Chinese Rice with Almond Chicken sauce. It was not certainly easy to make because of all the ingredients involved but it was worth the effort in the end.
You need followings things to make it
- Rice
- Chicken
- Soy sauce
- Veggies
- Usual spices
Start with slicing your veggies first
Then boil chicken on low heat with some black pepper
Then boil green peas
Then its veggies turn to boil
Then add green chili into it
Thyme, soy sauce will boost up the overall taste
Then fry mashed eggs, all of these are prepared for the rice
I further used Vinegar, white pepper and corn flour too
Now its time to prepare chicken for sauce
Add some eggs and fine flour
Mix them together
Now fry it in some oil
Chicken pieces are ready for now
Now boil it for some time, so chicken soup can be made
Add green chili into it
Add remaining vegetables into it
Let it boil for some more time
Now you can finally have them with the rice. All the worth it because of how it tasted after
