Yesterday was a celebration of all sorts, For one, restrictions during the pandemic were lifted by the governor of California. But more importantly, we celebrated the birthday of America! HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMERICA!
The usual people of seven families came over to the house. I was prepared the serve them their favorites. They will be coming around 1 PM (so we all attend Mass), and I have time to prepare the day of.
The night before I had made two salad: macaroni and potato.
Woke up early the next day of the 4th and had the beef brisket going!
Then I attended Mass.
I fired up two of the grills, and did the chicken first.
Then I had four ribs and the sausages.
The brisket came out from the smoker just perfect!

Sliced up all the meats.
Everything looked okay!
