Stingray fish 750 grams
Moringa oleifera 250 grams
Potatoes 3 pieces
Green chilli 7 pieces
Tumeric Powder 2 spoons
Red chilli 5 pieces
Cumin 10 grams
Onion 2 pieces
Salt 2.5 spoons
Mustard oil 50 grams
Garam Masala Powder 5 grams
Water (like needed)
Some days ago I visited Rasulpur market . There I bought different types of vegetables and fish . I bought
Moringa oleifera and stingray fish .
After buying I returned my home .
At first I had cleaned stingray fish .After that I had washed fish with water . After sometimes I had cut Stingray fish . I removed Moringa oleifera shells and cut Moringa oleifera. I cut potatoes ,green chilli ,onions and garlic slowly.
. Finally I had taken preparation for making this recipe . I mixed tumeric and salt in Stingray fish.
When Water is hot in Pan, I leave Mixing Stingray fish in the pan. Thus I will fry Stingray fish . I fried moringa and potatoes.After roasting vegetables ,I admix some water like needed .
Sometimes I boil curry . On the whole I take down the whole curry . After that I blend some materials with hot oil.Such as Onion ,Garlic ,Tumeric Powder ,Red chilli powder, Cumin powder Onion paste, Garam masala powder, etc.
Finally I leave mingle hot oil in the pan. I bloom full curry . In such way I made Stingray fish curry . After cooking My family had eaten this recipe . Really It was delicious food. You can try this recipe .Infact it is homemade and easy recipe .
Actually Stingray fish is marine fish . It is very delicious when it is tasted . Infact It is so delicious that you can not understand unless you eat this recipe . When we eat this recipe , we get taste of meat . There are some local names of Stingray fish . Such as Sankar fish , Murari fish , Saplapata fish , Chakul fish . It is known as Chakul fish and Sankar fish in my local area . Most of the fisherman go to catch this fish in the winter season .It is very healthy and nutritive food . Stingray fish protects us against many diseases . Stingray include Omega Three fatty acids that control bad Cholesterol by raising good cholesterol .
Really Marine fish is more heathy than fresh water fish. Marine fish has many nutritional value .As Stingray is a marine fish . It has many heathy beneficial profit for our body . Stingray fish are high protein . It has no harmful fats. Stingray fish contain Omega three fatty acids , Vitamin A and Vitamin D which keep us away from multiple complex disease .Stingray fish play a great role in the mental and physical structure of children's and human body. Stingray fish protects against many diseases. It prevents us heart disease and control cholesterol . Stingray fish increase our brain power and eyesight. Stingray fish contains a lot of Omega three fatty acids , these omega three fatty acids play a special role in improving the overal vision by increasing the performence of the retina .Stingray fish helps to cure joint pain and easily digestible meat.
