To get out of the routine in the kitchen today I prepared cabbage sprouts for my family.
It is a simple recipe that allows you to vary the menu a little and, most importantly, it is healthy and delicious.
Ingredients.
Red meat prepared previously, since in the kitchen you put your limit, you can use other types of meat.
Cabbage. Preferably large to facilitate the elaboration of the Royo.
You put the cabbage leaves in a container with boiling water and when they are crystalline, you take them out to remove the excess water.
Preparation.
Arrange the cabbage leaves in such a way that they form a template.
Add the amount of filling, I will use the meat that I had previously stewed.
I cover the filling with the template forming a Royo.
To bathe the prepared cabbage royo, make a Bechamel sauce.
Accompany it with rice, carrot and cabbage salad and a glass of wine.
