Estoy casi seguro que muchos han escuchado hablar de ellos y sino al menos los has visto con otro nombre como “dedos de queso”, pero aquí los llamamos tequeños, ahora, no te vengo a hablar de los tequeños, te vengo a hablar de su versión evolucionada y más poderosa que nunca, los tequeyoyos.
- I am almost sure that many have heard of them and if not at least you have seen them with another name such as "cheese fingers", but here we call them tequeños, now, I do not come to speak of the tequeños, I come to speak of their evolved version and more powerful than ever, the tequeyoyos.
Los tequeños normales solo son un buen pedazo de queso envuelto como un rollo con harina de trigo, listo, tienes tequeños, ahora los tequeyoyos son un poco peculiares, ya que el proceso de armarlos es el mismo pero aparte de queso llevan PLATANO AMARILLO FRITO, jamón y en algunos casos carne mechada. De verdad estos son mis favoritos.
- Normal tequeños are just a good piece of cheese wrapped like a roll with wheat flour, ready, you have tequeños, now tequeyoyos are a little peculiar, since the process of putting them together is the same but apart from cheese they carry FRIED YELLOW PLATANO, ham and, in some cases, shredded meat. These really are my favorites.
Como fue un ataque de ansiedad de última hora era ya muy tarde para comprar un poco de jamón pero eso no nos detuvo para cortar algunos plátanos y enrollarlos con queso y hacer unos tequeyoyos igualmente deliciosos.
- As it was a last minute anxiety attack it was too late to buy some ham but that did not stop us from cutting some platanos and rolling them with cheese and making some equally delicious tequeyoyos.
- In my house we like fried and baked (I like both), so we prepare them in 2 ways. You just take the cheese, make a sandwich with 2 pieces of platano and start to roll it with the dough, it sounds easy, but calm, it is, it does not have much science and with a good accompaniment such as a vegetable sauce, for example, the flavor is another world.
Últimamente gracias al confinamiento de las personas se han visto obligadas a resolver con lo que tienen a la mano ya mismo en casa, algunos han hecho tequeños con mermelada de guayaba, con manzana y canela, y obviamente de nutella o chocolate, pero vamos a dejar eso para otro día.
- Lately, thanks to the confinement of people, they have been forced to solve with what they have on hand right now at home, some have made tequeños with guava jam, apple and cinnamon, and obviously nutella or chocolate, but we are going to leave that for another day.
