Bien iniciare pelando la lechoza y las cortare en tajaditas delgadas
Well I will start peeling the milk and cut them into thin slices
Una vez cortadas la coloco a remojar en agua de soda por un par de horas
Once cut, I place it to soak in soda water for a couple of hours
Ya pasada las horas retiro el agua y coloco mis tajaditas de lechozas en la paila
After the hours I remove the water and place my slices of lechozas in the pan
Agrego el papelon y la azucar y dejo que esto se vuelva un sirop
I add the paper and the sugar and let this become a syrup
Me ira quedando de esta manera, una vez que vaya secando y la lechoza nos quede ardente retiramos de la candela.
I will stay this way, once it dries and the bed is burning we remove it from the candle.
Asi me quedo mi delicioso dulce de lechoza amigos.
