Hello everyone. Good morning and happy Sunday from this side. It's a beautiful Sunday morning filled with lots of cool breeze resulting from the aftermath of the heavy downpour last night. It rained last night after a long no-rain in this part of the World. It seems the raining season is beginning to start gradually and it's a good thing to behold as the weather is less harsh and there is less dust on the streets.
So, yesterday was a kitchen day for me. I had to do some kitchen activities to save me some stress for my eating routine during the week. It's not really easy being a bachelor, you've got to make decisions about everything alone. That is by the way, though. I had to dash out to a nearby market to buy some vegetable leaves, melon and meats for my soup. I have some other ingredients in the house from my last shopping. It's quite impossible to buy excess vegetables and put in the house, it would spoil.
I did got everything I needed and got home to start the preparation. I would share with you how to prepare Nigerian Egusi Soup in my next post.
