This week we have eaten vegetables taking care of everyone's health. Today I made these delicious "Vegetable Stuffed Cabbage Rolls"; it is a very healthy and tasty food. This lunch I did as a family as we all love it. I hope you like it and enjoy your meal!
INGREDIENTES:🥬🥚🧀🌶🍆🌿🥕
- 6 hojas de repollo, 1/2 pimentón, 1 zanahoria pequeña, 1 ramita de cebollín, 1 ramita de cilantro, 2 ajíes dulces, 1/2 calabacín, 1/2 berenjena, 4 vainitas, sal al gusto, 1 cucharada de leche, 1 cucharada de maizina, 1 cucharada de margarina, 1 cucharadita de orégano en hojas, 1 cucharada de aceite, 1 huevo, queso rallado, 1 taza de arroz cocido.
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 cabbage leaves, 1/2 paprika, 1 small carrot, 1 sprig of chives, 1 sprig of coriander, 2 sweet peppers, 1/2 zucchini, 1/2 aubergine, 4 green beans, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of milk , 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of margarine, 1 teaspoon of oregano leaves, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 egg, grated cheese, 1 cup of cooked rice.

PASO 1:
- Separar las hojas del repollo y cocinarla por 10 min para que suavicen, agregamos sal al gusto, escurrimos y reservamos.

- Cortar finamente todos los vegetales y sofreírlos.

- Batimos el huevo, el arroz lo tenemos en un platico separado.
- Extender las hojas del repollo, colocamos una cucharada de sofrito y una de arroz, envolvemos y pasamos por el huevo batido.

- En un sartén agregamos una cucharada de aceite y calentamos, vamos agregando los rollitos de repollo, dándole vueltas hasta dorar por cada lado.

PREPARAMOS LA SALSA BECHAMEL:
- Con 1 taza de agua, 1 cucharada de leche, 1 pizca de orégano, sal al gusto, 1 cucharada de maizina, 1 cucharada de margarina.
- Llevamos al fuego hasta que espese, le añadimos el queso.
- Cubrimos los rollos de repollo con la salsa.
- Les rociamos orégano.
- ¡Listo!
WE PREPARE THE BECHAMEL SAUCE:
- With 1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of milk, 1 pinch of oregano, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of margarine.
- We take the fire until it thickens, we add the cheese.
- We cover the cabbage rolls with the sauce.
- We sprinkle oregano on them.
- Ready!
