Good afternoon friends of this Gems community.
Today I dedicate myself to preparing a very appetizing stew at any time of the year, but in the month of December it is cooked in homes to make the typical hallaca, a traditional food in our country.
The stew is very tasty, it has many ingredients such as seasonings, capers, olives, raisins, salt to taste, olive oil and if you like a spicy stew, you can add your touch of spice.
Procedure. . .
The meat cut into small pieces to take it to a slow fire with salt and concentrated seasoning so that it sweats its juice and thus cooks.
After sweating for a few minutes, fresh seasonings such as red paprika, onion, leeked garlic, whole grain garlic and peppers are added and spend another few minutes add the washed olives, the capers and raisins and a touch of spice if you like it spicy.
When the stew has been cooking for about 45 minutes, well-oiled oil is added so that it has a striking and appetizing color, it is left for about ten minutes to turn off and serve.
