Wanted to try something different with green vegetables!
Spinach balls here.. or a local variant of pakora's I would say.
Chop the spinach as finely as possible, mix it with a binding agent, in this case chickpea flour. salt to taste.
And depending on what cuisine I want, in this case Indian, I add jiera or cumin seeds, coriander seed powder, garlic and onion chopped and some baking powder. mix all in little water.. Make small balls and fry in oil.
you can eat this with a little ketchup .. and with the leftovers i add them in a coconut milk curry sauce .. Simple and I hope healthy also. You can eat it today with rice or naan / roti ..
