How to make shiso juice?

This is 8th post of my Shiso blog ~~

So, I am testing if #shiso plants can grow in Stockholm or not. I miss some Japanese juice that I can drink during this summer. And, I am glad that it seems that they are growing just fine! I don't think that they can survive the harsh Swedish winter, but I think it's good that it means it will not affect any negative effect on the Swedish ecosystem. Well, I am thinking too much, I guess. LOL!

I think it's almost ready to harvest the leaves. I will harvest most of them, and leave some leaves to grow to produce seeds for next year. We will see!
