Lately, I haven't been eating meat at all. It is true that I have honestly retreated away from meat because of its high price, but I don't even crave it much anymore. But for some reason, my body suddenly wants to eat meat. Maybe it's because my body is not getting enough of some nutritional source, or maybe my body is sending me some kind of signal telling me to eat meat. I am sure that there are nutrients other than meat that can be substituted or compensated for. Anyway, today was my first meat day in a very long time. Meat day! ๐๐
