Nabunturan, is a municipality, the capital of Davao de Oro is called the home to the Mainit Hot Springs Protected Landscape because a lot of hidden hot springs is in here.
Nabunturan is surrounded by mountains that is why it is called "Nabunturan" from the word "buntod" a Cebuano term that means mountain according to the locals. It is well known place because of this certain hot spring, the Toyozu Mountain Resort. They offer accommodation, and steam bath and pools.
