How to loose weight and give your body shape.
ABS & THIGHS
Continue this exercise 7 minutes a day and continue until 28 days. The exercise in which left hand, left leg and right hand/ right leg are stretched simultaneously as shown below in the picture.

SQUATS
The next exercise is Squats in which the two hands are stretched forward while sitting on knee and again standing, this will help in burning of stomach fats.

MOUNTAIN CLIMBER
As from name the exercise is like to climb mountain by placing both hands on the floor and walking with the two legs as shown below

High Stepping
In this exercise we do high stepping which is helpful for the burning of fats and other body parts. Left hand along with left arm and right hand along with right arm are ups and downs simultaneously.
