Or rather, I have been drinking coffee for several decades. But of all, Jardin coffee has become the most favorite.I think that coffee lovers will understand me well in this choice. Coffee Morning Muffin Bliss On The Canal

I am a usually black coffee and go guy and I tend to try and intermittently fast on a 16/8 pattern. However! @millycf1976 spent yesterday baking muffins using blackberries we had picked right from the bushes next to the canal as you can see in her Come On Over post from yesterday.

So this morning I awoke to the smell of muffins and coffee in our little narrowboat 'Badger' and as she is a small boat the smell was intense.

However, since my stomach is a bit sensitive, I rarely buy this product. So, I have to be very careful to buy instant coffee or coffee drinks. If I buy the wrong one, my stomach will feel nauseous. I bought "Kopiko" 78 degrees Celsius with "Mayora" brand latte coffee. New product in Indonesia. Previously, we know "Kopiko" is a packaged coffee candy. nowadays, we know it as instant coffee that is ready to drink." @nnurdiani

"Today, I bought a coffee that I don't think makes me bloated, nauseous or shaky, from a modern shop, "Kopi Lain Hati". I bought palm sugar iced coffee for twenty thousand rupiah. This price, much friendlier than other coffees. Currently, coffee with palm sugar is the most sought after menu by people. This coffee, not too sweet and friendly to anyone who doesn't like sweet sugar." @nnurdiani

Cinnamon Cup Coffee: Longshaw Estate Derbyshire

I started the day off with a cappuccino with oat milk, cream scones and blackcurrant jam.The Estate has three waymarked walks, starting from the Longshaw Lodge. You just have to follow the coloured arrows. You can take your pick as to whether you do a small or long walk but we sat in the cafe drinking coffee? We eventually ventured outside for a short walk. It was a bit cool and overcast so we wished we'd stopped for another coffee instead!" @ellenripley

Cinnamon Cup Coffee: Costa Coffee and Being An Idiot

"I popped into Costa with my brother. His drinks always look nicer than mine. His breakfast didn't look so bad either, muesli, yoghurt and berries….nice! When other people leave their coffee unattended a photo shoot arises!I purchased a Costa Coffee gift card for someone. It was only when I got home that I realised there wasn't a gift card inside. I phoned Costa up to see what could be done about it. They told me they have stopped using the plastic gift cards for environmental reasons, so the actual wallet with the QR card was the gift card! Good for Costa but I felt a bit of a plonker!" @ellenripley
