One of the most special is cold coffee, of course the most consumed in my home is black coffee or hot coffee with milk. However, from time to time we indulge ourselves with cold coffee. This time we wanted to refresh ourselves with a creamy, sweet and coffee-flavored ice cream.

Una de las más especiales es el café frío, claro está que el de mayor consumo en mi hogar es el café negro o con leche bien caliente. Sin embargo de vez en cuando nos damos el gusto de tomarlo frío. En esta oportunidad quisimos refrescarnos con un helado cremoso, dulce y con mucho sabor a café.

But this has not been an impediment to taste an exquisite coffee ice cream, with lots of coffee flavor and very creamy.
The positive side of all this Pandemic moment could be said to be the strengthening of family ties, we at home now do more things together and we have become very creative. That's why I want to tell you how I made this delicious coffee ice cream to share with my family 🍧☕👪.
Estar en casa todos los días trabajando y atendiendo los quehaceres del hogar se vuelve algo rutinario, pero lamentablemente la situación sanitaria debido al Covid aún prevalece y no podemos asistir a menudo a lugares de esparcimiento y distracción, tampoco a restaurantes ni heladerías. Pero esto no ha sido impedimento para degustar de un exquisito helado de café, con mucho sabor a café y muy cremoso.
El lado positivo de todo este momento de Pandemia podría decirse que es el fortalecimiento de los lazos familiares, nosotros en casa ahora hacemos más cosas juntos y nos hemos vuelto muy creativos. Es por ello que quiero contarte cómo hice este riquísimo helado de café para compartir con mi familia 🍧☕👪

Here I am going to tell you the details of the preparation in case you dare to try it. It is very easy to make, as soon as I got the ingredients I started making it.
En estos días ha hecho muchísima calor y aunque dicen que un café caliente es lo mejor para combatirla, yo preferí hacer algo diferente; preparé una mezcla especial para hacer helados y comer todos en la casa. Aquí te voy a contar los detalles de la elaboración por si te animas a probar. Es muy fácil de hacer, apenas conseguí los ingredientes empecé a realizarlos.
INGREDIENTS:
☕ Coffee powder. (1 teaspoon)
☕ Liquid coffee. (150 ml)
☕ Milk cream.(30 ml).
☕ Condensed milk. (300 ml)
☕ Milk. (30 ml)
☕ Sugar. To taste.
INGREDIENTES:
☕ Café en polvo. (1 cucharadita)
☕ Café líquido. (150 ml)
☕ Crema de leche.(30 ml)
☕ Leche condensada. (300 ml)
☕ Leche. (30 ml)
☕ Azúcar. Al gusto.
PREPARATION:

We must stir the mixture at least every hour, mix it and put it back in the refrigerator so that the ice cream is creamy.
Debemos ir removiendo la mezcla al menos cada hora, se mezcla y se vuelve a meter en el refrigerador para que el helado quede cremoso.

Some parents do not usually give coffee to their children. En mi ciudad las tardes son muy calurosas por lo que estos helados alegrarán el paladar y seremos muy felices al consumir nuestra dosis de un delicioso café en forma de helado.
