Tony and me on my way to meet friends in Limassol
My friend Roksy invited us to a lunch at the amazing Park Lane Hotel. It's an hour and fifteen minutes away from where I live.
The deal was as many starters as you wanted, followed by a main dish and then dessert. Also as many cocktails as you wanted.

Burrata - this was really delicious
Burrata is an Italian cow milk cheese made from mozzarella and cream. The outer casing is solid cheese, while the inside contains stracciatella and cream, giving it an unusual, soft texture. It is typical of Puglia. Wikipedia
Escargot - Snails
With a lot of peer pressure I was forced to try a snail - but never again. This is not for my palate.

We had a simply marvellous lunch with lots of banter and we laughed a great deal.
This was a chocolate fondant with a malted ice cream
Tony recently celebrated his birthday and Roksey got them to sing for him
Later Tony and I enjoyed the facilities at the San Rafael where we stayed for the night.
Jacuzzi time
Could there be a better way to enjoy a cup of coffee?
What a lovely way to spend a weekend.
