My friend was born on an unusual day, on the 29th of February. Surely, it was written in her documents as the 28th, and she celebrates her birthday as often as all other people, every year. Now, when we overcame our 60-year milestones, I was sure she would not mind to recalculate her age as four times less, but... to my surprise, she refused to be 16 😁. Oh-ho-ho...

We celebrated Zhanna's birthday today, at my place by some reason. She cooked and prepared everything at home and brought the treatment to me.
We just had to give everything some order - to mix all the ingredients of the salad and put it in a bowl, to boil some pasta and heat meat.
For the salad Zhanna used a cucumber, some redishes, feta cheese and cherry tomatoes. The cucumber and redish were fresh but tomatoes were cut into halves and slightly fried (heated) in olive oil. For dressing, we also used extra virgin olive oil, salt and black pepper.
The result was stunning. Slightly fried tomatoes gave the salad very special taste.
The salad which attracted us so much that we started eating it before I remembered to take some pictures of it!
Meat (beef) stewed with dried plums, carrots and tomatoes was also absolutely delicious.

With a good friend you can always find what to talk about. I get never bored in Zhanna's company.
Good coffee is the thing which helps to make any good conversation even more pleasant, isn't it? Especially, when you have it with such a beautifully made and delicious cheesecakes with fruit.
I had my coffee with milk and with pretty reflection of my chandelier on its surface 😁 .
