So last week I had a bunch of people that were freaking out over the pan fried dumplings - but for this recipe - I held off making it.
Why?
Because it is normally SO TIME INTENSIVE.
but SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO delicious - it's always worth it when you do... but... MY GOSH. It takes HOURS to do the whole process... i'm talking 6 hours?!?!?! multiple days?? I can only get myself up to the challenge RARELY...

I found one.
Then I thought of another.
THEN I THOUGHT OF ANOTHER!!!!
And I cut this recipe down to MINUTES instead of hours.
First
I made SO MUCH dumpling filling the other day. So I put the extra in separate portions in small baggies to freeze. THIS IS A LIFESAVER. Make extra filling when making dumplings and freeze in small portions for later! THIS SAVED AT LEAST AN HOUR
SECOND
THE BROTH. Guys. I HAVE that amazing broth base... and my husband also found the MOST DELICIOUS broth base at the Asian market too! FIND a base that you love and GO WITH IT. I'm telling you - THEY put in the time to make it delicious so you can HAVE A HUGE SHORT CUT. THIS SAVED AT LEAST 4 HOURS! Do you know how long it takes to make REALLY good broth??? USE THIS TIP!!

So now you have no excuses.... Get making these and ENJOY them!!! My usual problem is the rest of the process usually takes so much time, I'm tired by the time it comes to roll them up. Now? The rest is so fast - I make LOTS. hehehe
and that just makes the whole family SMIIIIIIIILE.
