The photo I am sharing is from the day we all crew members went to mark the running trail for runners for the upcoming run. It was a 100 km trail run challenge with a 7700-meter gain. This trail is in Himachal Pradesh, India, the most beautiful state and very popular for hills, trails, and snowfall. This photo when we were walking towards the downhills. Make sure to mark the trail so that runners can be on the trail and the trail must be visible in the night. We have marked a 100 km trail and experienced rivers, pond, rare flowers, snow, uphill, sweating, and tiredness, and yet was fully charged and excited as we know that runners will love this trail. Walking in nature is very powerful in many ways, even if we are tired, our soul is fully grateful for the beautiful view that nature gives us every step brings a new surprise when we see trees, flowers, different color stones, and rivers. It always gives me mind relaxation.
