Hi Hive Learners. It doesn't feel like the contest that has been held has entered week 08 - edition 01 and this contest has been announced again through the Hive Learners discord server. I have the opportunity to participate again in this contest, I am very happy to be in every edition even though my writing has not yet reached perfection, but the contests held in this community have become something that is very useful in my personal development. The theme this time is also interesting, namely, about "Pollution".
Pollution is environmental pollution that can damage the ecosystem of living things in this world. Pollution is very detrimental to us, especially humans, namely to our health.
What are the Main Causes of Pollution
Actually there are 2 factors that cause pollution, namely natural factors and human factors. Natural factors such as volcanic eruptions. While the human factor, for example, the burning process (either from vehicles, intentional burning of land), smoke waste from factories or industries, mining activities, illegal logging and mining activities. The human factor is categorized as the main factor causing pollution.
Re they vehicles, industry, or just people?
Pollution in my area often occurs due to air pollution by various vehicles. The high population density in my area results in high pollution as well. Nowadays, every house has 2-5 vehicles depending on the number of family members, this is what triggers the increase in pollution levels every year. In my opinion, among (humans, industry and vehicles), humans are the ones who participate the most in carrying out activities that cause pollution.
Suggest ways in which this can be repaired
In my opinion, the government should be more assertive in making the latest regulations and innovations together with academics, professors who are professional about industrial, mining and other activities related to pollution. Not only that, the government and the community must also work together, the government creates electric vehicles and directly educates the public so that they should use electric vehicles. I'm sure when it goes well, the cause of pollution will be reduced.
