𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝕊𝕖𝕡𝕥 𝕓𝕪 𝕤𝕥𝕖𝕡:
- Before starting, weigh all the ingredients, mix the yeast, half of the sugar, the milk and the egg in a small bowl, cover with a cloth and let stand for 10 minutes or until the mixture becomes foamy.
- After our mixture becomes foamy, in a container we mix the wheat flour and salt, open an opening in the center and add these wet ingredients. We mix with the help of a paddle well until we obtain a smooth dough.
- Transfer the dough to the counter and continue kneading vigorously. Add the butter and continue kneading for approximately 10 minutes.
- When you notice that the dough is soft, we knead it and take it to a container, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until the dough has doubled in size.
- After the time has elapsed, we degas the dough, spread it on the counter and proceed to cut the donuts, opening a small hole in the center with the help of a nozzle.
- Place the doughnuts in a greased and floured pan, cover and let them rise for 45 minutes.
- Then, turn on the stove and add enough oil, let it heat, fry the donuts on each side until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
- For the topping, melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie, add a tablespoon of vegetable shortening, stir until both ingredients are melted, then let cool slightly, open a hole in each donut and with the help of a piping bag fill with arequipe.
- After filling all the donuts, we dip them in chocolate, covering one side of each donut. Then, we let them cool for the chocolate to solidify. After that, we put the toppings and serve them and enjoy our delicious donuts.
I hope you are encouraged and can prepare it, a thousand blessings.!
