I get you but your point of being a literate isn’t proportional to being educated, I believe all literate people are educated
Like you said, being literate has to do with being able to read and understand language which makes communication better even tho there are blunders but don’t you think bring a literate is the foundation of being an educated person in any area, either street, or other field, in as much the person is literate, they won’t find it difficult to cope in some dire situations like an illerate would. Most time, an illiterate would either worsen the situation or put people in danger
