Talking about the workplace there are very few things that excite employees to go there every day and work, but then there are these benefits that keep the workplace exciting and cheerful, talking about the tier 1 cities of India like Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Banglore, etc. there are different benefits which motivate the employee to go and report to the office daily, and I believe there is more to these benefits and not just the money or the other incentives that the organization give.
There are many such things at my workplace that makeup to be an exciting place to go there daily.
1. The environment:
One thing for sure I can say about my workplace is that it has a good environment and I am very specific just the vibe of the place and not the work environment, the work culture is toxic because of the unmatchable expectations of my manager though it the vibe of the place which keeps me alive and get me through a tough day. It's a good place with an open balcony and a terrace garden which keeps you always fresh, and then there is the gym on the upper floor of the main office which is again a good thing where you can be fit and healthy and can focus on your health also.
2. The colleagues:
At the workplace or at any place on this globe it is important to have a good company and if you have it the worst place will also be the best place, and if you have a same-age group company or people having the same mindset it will surely the best gang for you. For me most of my colleagues that I am closely interacting with are like my good friends as they are mostly my age and the best part is that we share the same mentality of and have the same thoughts when it comes to work or even non-professional segments which bring us close and it eventually helps us to bond well.
3. The policies:
So talking about the 3rd benefit that helps keep my workplace a lively place are some of their policies and the distance between my home and my workplace. So there are several policies that are making my workplace a good thing the first one is the policy of time flexibility one can log in at any time before 12pm and accordingly can log out, the second one is the salutations part of the seniors or the coworkers, no is asked to tell sir or ma'am to their senior or even the director which I guess helps people on junior level bond well with their senior and they are more approachable, and then there is the
the policy of flexibility of the leaves there are several different categories of paid leaves which help us to cool off the work pressure or the steam of the work when the employees want it.
There might be different views of different employees but I believe these are the ones which I believe is the benefits for me.
