So, last Saturday we had our hangout as usual, and it was just so much fun we did not want it to end. We are currently on the third topic for this week which is “THE RICH ALSO PAY”.
But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last topic which was “THE WORST REASONS”.
This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us about the worst reasons they had broken off their friendships or relationships with people. As humans, we would lose people, but many times, it could be for reasons that can be shocking as they’re unfair.
We got to see some of such situations, and why many members were forced to let go of their friends. It gets to a point where you would no longer be able to cope with what they do and letting them go will be the best choice for your mental health. It was an enlightening topic indeed.
For this topic, we went through every entry post, and that is every post with the #hl-exclusive & #hl-w126e2 tag. And with the number of wonderful posts out there it was quite difficult to make a selection. But eventually, we did just that. And so, the posts that will be featured not just for their exceptional content, but also for their level of engagement with other authors will be listed below.

This author told us about how she was forced to let go of a relationship with a friend who was no longer working. When it became clear that it was not going as either of them wanted it to, she had no choice but to call it quits. People change, and so do our priorities. We all move on, and when we do, going back to things of the past may be difficult.
For this author, he told us about several factors that contributed to him having to break up with his girlfriend way back in 2005. The factors ranged from it being a distant relationship to several societal factors that forced the couple to accept the fact that maybe they were better off being apart from each other..

For this author, she told us about how she immediately broke things off with someone who displayed violent tendencies. She also told us about a friend who had to break off a relationship when she saw with her eyes that it fighting for it was no longer an option.
