Weight gain and weight loss
Many people's are very conscious about their look that they try to maintain their self and try to look good. But i see many people too who don't very conscious about their looking and they think it's okay if they're skinny or slimmer.

Am i conscious about my looking or not??
Actually I'm not a chubby girl, I'm okay with my weight so i don't need to gain my weight or loss my weight. I thought it's a kind of blessing that i don't have to workout for this ir never need to join any type of gym. Neither I don't need to maintain my food.
- Everything was good but before COVID-19!!!!!
Yes, i was fit before COVID-19, if someone asked to me that either covid release it's effect on you or not!!! Than i said yes it's changes my routine for whole.
I gained weight in COVID-19!!!
Before COVID-19:
My weight: 55kg
My height: 5.4
After COVID-19
My weight: 64kg
My height: 5.4
Actually in COVID-19 when we don't allow to step out from house, i didn't go to job too. I stay at home all the time. I just eat, do house chores and than sleep. It was my routine at COVID and it was so much relaxing routine. World was facing a disease and i was enjoying my life by relaxing my routine. But than it becomes the cause of my weight gain.
In 2021!!!
When everything was reopened and we all start to went out, i still remember that everyone said to me that now you gain weight and it's not suit's on you because everyone used to see me as a slim girl.
I feel awkward when i received such comment and I feel like body shaming. And i wasn't feeling comfortable by going outside. But it was not the solution. I've to go outside and face all the situation because I can't stay at home for whole day and night.
I Started work on me!!!
I went to a nutritionist and told her all the situation, she told me that i gained weight because i eat too much junk food in COVID-19 and never did any workout to burn the calories. I asked her to find a solution. She simply refered me some workouts and asked me to stay out from junk food and try to eat healthy and green vegetables which are good for me.

It's hard to stay out from junk food and do workouts!!!
Yes, it's not easy for me because I'm that time of person who eat junk food after twice a day. But i also can't listen such gossips about me so i sacrifice my will to eat those things and start a planned diet. I also start to do some tough workouts on daily routine.
Within a month i loss only 1kg weight!!!!
I was shoked to see that and i consulted to my nutritionist again and told to her all the situation, actually i didn't stop to eat fat's such as i drink milk regularly. But i said to her i don't stop myself to drink milk because i can't stop eating healthy diet. Than she said that you'll loss your weight but slowly.
Slow and steady win the race!!
Within 6 months my body weight back's to normal and now my weight is 56 and i think it's okay because now it's looking like a normal body weight neither i look chubby nor slim.

Lessons i learned from this process!!!
I learned a lot of lessons but mainly
I learned that we are human and we should eat a balance diet and never depends too much on junk food.
I learned to never give up and try until we don't reach to our goals.
I learned to do progress slowly but do till your last goal.
I learned that we shouldn't disappointed of what people saying about you, if you feel something wrong in you and work for it but if you feel okay and don't listen to others.
