Easter Celebration - Made A Special Snack With Irish Potatoes & Veggies

I went to my uncle's house to celebrate Easter with them, and it was one of the nicest Easter celebrations I've had in recent years. I went to the local store before departing to get the ingredients for my special snack made with Irish Potato and Flour. While browsing the trending videos on my web2.0 page (TikTok) on Thursday night, I came across a video where a user talked about Irish potatoes and what they can be combined with. The user went on to say that Irish potatoes can be combined with flour and vegetables in the same way that we make pancakes and small chops with vegetables; the Irish potato will enhance the flavor and add to the nutritional value.

The Easter Celebration

We started our Easter celebration with a cup of coffee in the morning, and the kids were eager to go to church. I went to the kitchen to begin preparing my recipe, and thanks to Hive account@josediccus, who informed me about G-cam, a camera application that improves photographic quality, I had my Redmi camera ready. The photos were all captured with a G-cam and edited with the SnapSeed mobile app.

The Ingredients

• Irish Potatoes

• Flour

• Carrots

• Corn Starch

• Vegetable Oil

• Green leave

• Onions

• Salt to taste

Step 1: Wash the Irish potato, peel and cut to your preferred size, then boil. When it has soft very well, pour in a bowl and mash.

Step 2: Wash the carrots, onions and green leave, then slice and add it to the mashed potatoes and mix together.

Step 3: Add 2 spoon of corn starch, and 3 spoon of flour and mix together.

Step 4: Mix the dough, then roll it and prepare to fry before then pre-heat the vegetable oil, then gently add one at a time and don't allow them to stick together.

Step 5: Reduce the heat and fry until it turns golden brown.

Turn of heat, gently remove from the oil, allow it to cool off, enjoy with chill drink 😁
