Procrastination is the master killer of self motivation. Is the greatest limiting belief you'll ever experience.
Why do People Procrastinate?
The lack of self motivation and fear to face new challenges is the reason why you always procrastinate. Maybe you tried to do something by your own but the results you got were negative. And there was nobody to motivate you or tell you that it was ok to fail.
Maybe you were told not to start anything by your own that you can't.
Maybe the system screwed you up and you have no where to go but to stick to what you were raised to do.
Ok, here is the deal, take a deep sleep today, wakeup early in the morning, clean up and write down whatever you want to accomplish in your life.
After writing down what you want tk achieve in life, go and do what you always do.
Then come back in the evening or night when going back to sleep. Pull out the paper or notebook where you wrote. Then write down what you have been doing throughout the day and then sleep.
On the second day, wakeup and earlier than before and write down what you want to achieve in life again. And then go to work.
Come back in the night and read through what you wrote in the morning. Check if they're the same with what you wrote down on the first day.
If it's the same... then that is your inner desire.. and if they're different... repeat the process again.
If you find your inner desire, check through your daily routines and see whether whatever your doing is driving you to that goal.
Drop anything vice that's far away from your set goalss and focus on those that are closely related to your desired goal.
Visualize and see yourself achieving this goal within the time period you desired it to be and write downs everything you do on a daily basis.
Visit your notebook every early morning and late night to see your progress.
Do this for the next three months consistently and I guarantee you... your life will never be the same again.
