Glad to participate in this week's contest. So sad I couldn't take part in the last two contests.
People have probably heard about what it's best for them to take or reduce the intake of ultra processed food in order to live healthily in the bodies.
Any natural food comes through the spoken word of God in the creation process. Natural food came to an existence by the power of spoken word which is highly nutritious in nature than processed food.
I could remember in my early childhood days, when I visited my maternal grandmother she would cook cocoyam soup, in our dialect it is called efere uson ikpo. All the days of her life she was very healthy and strong. Any food fried or any any food that do not contain nutrients she won't take. Even in her old age she was very vibrant and active in her body and looking young at the same time.
In our ancient days, there was nothing like processed food but it is common in our days due to advances in technology.
It just occurred to me that world system has changed, our body system has also change from cultivating the habit of eating natural food like our forefathers did in their days.
That is why our young men and women can't stay without eating sugar, if they don't eat and their sugar reduced, they will faint. My question is why didn't our forefathers had this experience of fainting without sugar.
Philosophy of the world has disrupted our mindset.
I can prefer to stay for 2 months without tasting sugary foods and go for natural, I will look so healthy and beautiful than ever before.
Our young children, youths are vulnerable of eating calories, which should be tame down to moderacy. We are talking about our health here.
So I preferred natural food because it carries more nutrients dense to processed food.
Processed food is poisonous to the body system and it cause you to be hospitalized at any point.
In all of it, I choose natural food.
