Hello everyone how was your night over there? Let me guess it was fine because mine was too. Happy Sunday to you all and may this week favor us all.
So today I will be preparing a sausage roll, I love snacks and that is why I know how to make some snacks. Let's get to the business of the day.

The ingredients used are:
Flour
Sausage
Baking powder
Butter
Nutmeg
Sugar
Onions and ginger
Egg
Groundnut oil
Blended pepper
Seasoning

The ingredients are quite much and I also love the outcome, it was so delicious by the time I finished preparing it.
The preparation
I blend the sausage with ginger then added seasoning before i fry it with onions to give it a good taste.


I poured my flour inside a big bow and then made a hole in the middle of it, I added my baking powder then mixed it, I added the nutmeg inside, and mixed it again.


After that I added the butter and mixed it, the reason why I added butter was because I wanted the dough to be very soft to chew, I also broke one egg into the dough and then mixed it thoroughly before adding water to make it stick together.


If you want to try this, don't add too much water because it might make the dough top soft which you won't be able to roll out.


I left the dough for some minutes before rolling it out, I cut a small quantity and then made use of a rolling pin to stretch it out I broke one egg inside a small bowl which I will be spreading inside the flat dough before adding my sauce.
After mixing the egg, I made use of a spoon to spread it on the flat dough, then put the sausage sauce inside as well and then rolled it up.


After rolling it I discovered that the sausages were too long so I cut them into two then fry on a low heat to avoid getting burnt and boom they came out the perfect way I wanted them.



Now my sausage roll is ready for Sunday breakfast, you can have it with any kind of drink.
