There are few people who do not like Semai. Almost everyone cooks semai in different ways. Semai is cooked in almost all celebrations of Bengali Eid or Puja. During Eid, almost every house cooks different types of Semai. The recipe that I will show you today is my favorite. This delicious semai can be cooked in very little time and with less ingredients.

Device- Galaxy A13

First, heat two tablespoons of ghee.

Then I will fry the semai.

Fry the semai well, then add the spices.

Then I will turn it over with the sugar.

Then mix powdered sugar and add burnt liquid milk.

When the semai is cooked, garnish it with raisins according to taste.
