Friends, Happy Friday everyone.
Today started with some cloudy skies, sunny skies but not as warm as yesterday. The intense heat of the last few days was quite unbearable for us, mentally everyone became quite restless. From that point of view today is off to a good start.
As today is a weekend, I thought of cooking something delicious. That's when I remembered about dried fish because almost everyone in our house likes dried fish very much. Honestly, dried fish can't be compared for both taste and nutritional value. Moreover, I have added two more vegetables to it which are potato and Eggplant.

Eggplant is a popular vegetable in our country, it becomes most attractive when eggplant is cooked with hilsa fish or dried fish. So, you can understand that since I cooked Eggplant with dried fish today, everyone's attraction easily doubled. In fact, it tastes great to me too, and the cooking is done in a very short time.

Recipe Ingredients-
- Dhela Dried fish
- Eggplant
- Potatoes
- Onions
- Raw chilies
- Garlic
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- salt
- Ginger garlic paste
- Oil.
Preparation phase-

First, I put a pan on the stove and heat the oil and then I put the garlic in the hot oil. Then I fried them lightly with chopped onions.

When onions and garlic are lightly fried, I add cleaned Dhela dried fish with them and fry them lightly.

Then add all the spices including ginger garlic paste, add light water and grind it.

Then sliced potatoes and brinjal and mixed with spices. Then I added light water for broth.

Then add raw chilies and cover with a lid for a while. Removed the lid and cooked for a little more time, drained the broth and took it out for serving.

Indeed, any recipe made with dried fish is as tasty as it is satiating, and such recipes go well with hot rice.
