However, the intensity of the heat is not decreasing at all. It seems that this year's heat will break all records. Although many Asian countries set new records of rainfall.
Today I will share with you a familiar and tasty recipe. For familiarity, I said that more or less everyone likes this recipe in our region. Especially the small shrimp broth recipe with Kachur Mukhi. Kachur Mukhi is very tasty and loved by many, it is very cheap in terms of price, but very nutritious.

Many types of recipes are prepared with this Kachur Mukhi in our region, they are just cooked as a vegetable. It is also cooked with different types of fish. However, the most popular among them are the recipes of hilsa fish and shrimp fish. So today I will share with you the recipe of Prawns with Kachur Mukhi.

Required Materials-
- Taro Root (kochur Mukhi)
- Small shrimp
- Onion
- Raw chilies
- Coriander leaves
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- Ginger garlic paste
- salt
- Oil.
Preparation phase-



First I put a pan in the oven and heat the oil and then lightly fry the prawns.



Then I chopped onions and fried them lightly. Then I gave the kochur mukhi that were cut cleanly.



Then I mixed all the ingredients, then added salt along with all the spices and ginger garlic paste. Then lightly grinded.



Cooked like this for quite some time, then added enough water for the broth and covered it with a lid.



Removed the lid and added raw chillies and coriander leaves and cooked for some more time. When the broth little thickens, I take it out for serving.
