This post is in response to hive Learners #sunday creative post. Seeing the options there especially cooking thrilled me up 😄 😁 I can display my little cooking with my fellow Hivers in the#hivelearners community. Hopefully you all follow up and enjoy my cooking with me.
LETS COOK BANGA SOUP*
So Banga Soup is cooked in my dear county Nigeria and Enjoyed with Rice.
INGREDIENTS
- Palm kernel
- Meat or Fish
- Pepper
- Crayfish
- Salt to Taste
- Maggi
- Onion
- Dawadawa
- Orima
PROCEDURE
- Cook your palm kernel
- Pound it
- Use warm and separate the kernel nuts and back from the pounded palm kernel
- Cook for 30 minutes and remove the top part excluding the oil.
- When done turn into another pot and remove little palm nuts below
- Pound all the ingredients you will like to pound your dawadawa,orima pepper and Crayfish and add it.
- Cut your scent leave and add
- Cut your Pumpkin leaf and Add
*Add your fish or meat
- Turn well
Then your Banga stew is ready to be enjoyed with Rice or with Rice and Beans. You can follow up and cook your delicious Banga stew.
