Hello everyone. Hope you all are doing fine with your friends and family during this pandemic situation. I am also doing good with all of your prayers and by the bless of almighty.
Today I would like to share you one of my favourite fish item and it's step by step cooking procedure. Though I am still not sure about it's real name but we often found it in our local markets. As you all know, these small river fish has a very high food value and is a great source of protein. It is also very good for the childrens.
Necessary ingredients:
| Local fish | 1/2 cup |

| Potato | 2 pieces |
| Eggplant | 1 piece |
| Oil | As you like |
| Turmeric powder | 1.5 tea spoon |
| Onion | 3 piece |
| Green chilli | 6 piece |
| Coriander powder | 1 tea spoon |
| Cumin powder | 1 tea spoon |
| Coriander powder | 1tea spoon |
| Salt | As you like |
| Coriander leaves | As you like |
First I put the amount of oil in a pan.
When the oil is hot, add onion and chilli powder.
I fry the onion and chilli a little and put the potato and eggplant pieces in it.
Then I gave the local fish.
Then I gave all the powder spices.
Mix all the items properly.
Now I have given enough water to cook it perfectly.
When the fish is cooked, at this stage I have given the coriander leaves.
Then I cooked for a while more.
I turned off the stove when the water was completely dry.
Now picked up to serve in a bowl. This is how my local fish curry was cooked. I hope you like my today's recipe. Thanks everyone for being with me.
