Today I came back to you again with a new recipe of Maya fish chutney with tomatoes. I hope you like it.
So let's see how I made Maya fish chutney with tomatoes.
Here I have the materials-
1- Maya fish
2- Tomato
3- Slice the green pepper
4- Chili paste
5- Onion chop
6- Garlic paste
7-Cumin paste
8-Salt
9- Yellow powder and
10- Soybean oil etc.
Recipe -
Step-1
First I took Maya fish here. This time I have cleaned and washed the Maya fish well.
Step-2
This time I have taken tomatoes. I cut the tomatoes into small pieces and washed them. I have chopped and washed the tomatoes because it does not take too much sourness to chop the tomatoes. In fact, no one can eat extra sour in our house, so I cut it short and washed it.
Step-3
This time I put a ring in the oven and put the same amount of oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, stir in the chopped onion and green chillies. This time I stirred it again with green chilli paste and garlic paste. This time I added salt and turmeric powder and added some more spices.
Step-4
This time I put Maya fish inside it. This time I will move the fish a little. The fish must be moved lightly or it will break. So the fish have been moved a little.
Step-5
This time I have given enough water inside it. This time I will burn for a while. After a while I put cumin paste in it. This time I stirred it a little and gave it to the chopped tomatoes. Now I will burn them for a while by moving them a little. After a while the broth is completely reduced. So I made maya fish chutney with tomatoes very easily. This time I took it down from the stove. This time I put it in a container. And in this way Maya fish tastes much better when eaten with tomatoes.
