Food! food! food! Both natural foods and processed foods are both foods, but I'd prefer the natural foods, so now the question is WHY?
I was born in a family that prefers natural foods to processed food, we cook real foods morning, noon and night, that was how I was trained, If I was going out, let me say school or work, instead of buying foods or stuffs outside there, we cook in the morning before leaving the house and carry the food where we go...
This is something I also like in the lives if the Koreans, in movies, we see them eat more of foods than junks even though they still eat junks, they delight firstly in their natural foods before they try junks. Infact, I rarely see them take foods like pizza, hamburger etc. One of the processed food I see them take more is mainly their ramen popularly known as noodles, nigerianly known as indomine 😅.
About that noodles, let me not talk about it yet, I'll do justice to it later...
One of the things I have noticed about natural foods is that it sustains more than the junk or precessed foods, (don't attack me, I am talking on my own experience...) I tend to eat real food in the morning before going out, and come back late at evening and be less hungry than eating foods like noodles, spaghetti, even tea, (I think that tea is even the worst) and before I return at that same time, it even where I am, I will be hungry. That's one of the reasons why I rate natural foods more to processed food...
Now to processed foods, we all know that they have preservatives which are literally chemicals, and scientific chemicals are not always, I repeat not always good for us, I'm talking about the food chemicals.
We know that processed food we're done for our good, but it affects our health one way or the other, slowly, some are even allergic to precessed foods, while majority are addicted to it, I know people that can survive with just junks, and think they might not survive in real or natural foods. Can you imagine.
But there is this food that is quite a junk, a processed food, I'm talking about noodles, I don't know the aim of the person that created that food, but it really got everyone, even adults, it's all over the world, it just keeps in going and going, and if indeed the person had a plan, yeah, he must have achieved his plans.
That junk has saved a lot of hunger, when you can't wait for rice to done or fir eba to be ready with the soup, you could just cook any amount of noodles of your choice...
Thanks to noodles. But to it's boss which is not usually advertised as noodles, but has more sales in this country, the sharpest food to cure hunger, I say thank you gid for that and thank you producers...
