Looking back at the past 12 months of being on Hive, I've learnt the value of time and patience, and all I can say is that:

I wish I was earlier.

Imagine if Hive never existed, I wouldn't have been opportune to share these gratitude.

Starstrins01 Welcomed & Nurtured Me

I got off to a great start by talking to some of the most interesting people who will play a significant role in my development as a Blockchain user, with Hive account@starstrings01 at the top of the list of those people. It is impossible to overstate the importance of his support throughout all stages of my development on the Hive Blockchain. He was very selfless that I started feeling indebted, and when I made a proposition to him asking, "Please, how can I show appreciation?" he did not accept my proposition.

You might be wondering, "What makes him so unique?" He was the first user I talked to on this platform. I believe that he was the first person to leave a comment on my post. However, because I had a limited amount of resource credits at the time, I was unable to respond to his comment until a few days later. This led to the first delegation I ever received, and that was from him, which lasted for more than two months. When he finally retrieved the delegation, I begged him, "How am I supposed to get through this, sir?" (Despite the fact that I had used my little breadcrumbs to experiment on delegation for rewards services), he reconsidered and returned half of the previous delegation value until I became apparently mature enough to manage without it. To this day, he is one of the very few people I turn to when I need assistance. Thanks Hive account@starstrings01 for the quality support.

Josediccus Educated Me

After some time, after investigating the Blockchain, I tried looking for bloggers I can relate to. I was seriously looking for contents that will scream out to me, Hive account@readthisplease. That's how I met Hive account@josediccus. I don't know how he managed to coin such a wonderful username, but there's none to it on the Blockchain. I've just started looking over his blog, and dude, it's amazing. He is a very skilled writer who has a good grasp of syntax and a solid stack of vocabularies; nonetheless, when reading his work, you should make sure that you have a dictionary near at hand. Additionally, Hive account@josediccus has been incredibly helpful in answering my questions about the blockchain. He was there for me in a supportive and guiding capacity and he engaged with me. His blog is a pleasant online environment to spend time in generally and to be educated.

Readthisplease Motivated Me

When we talk about contents that scream out Hive account@readthisplease, I can't help but think of Mr. @Readthisplease, the pro-leofinance blogger. When I first began, I required a great deal of support in order to persevere; the people I've mentioned all provided the necessary encouragement, but Hive account@readthisplease really drove the point home by drawing on his own experiences. He recounted how he, like me, was a struggling novice and how there was no other way to earn votes and attention on the chain besides investing time and having quality engagements, which he said was the only shortcut. We haven't been chatting lately, but nonetheless, I don't forget you. One more thing, he was the first one to add me to his autovotes with a 100% voting strength simply to keep me motivated. How impressive is that?

Finally

I've created a lot of relationships on the HIVE Blockchain, including those of people who know me and even those who may not know me at all. These ties range from the small to the significant. The Hive Learners Newbies Initiative was a nice experience, and meeting Hive account@blackman15 at the Hive account@ecency discord channel has been fun as well. It was also a pleasure to participate in the Hive account@lbi-token project after being recruited to do so by Hive account@silverstackeruk. Hive account@erikah has been a kind and helpful individual, providing much-needed support to all newcomers. As a result, several of the people I've onboarded have benefited from her aid.

I am grateful to each and every person who has contributed to the positive quality of my time spent in the Hive, including those individuals whom I have not specifically named because you all are not any less important. Trust me. Many thanks go to those working on the project behind the scenes at Hive Learners. My journey on the blockchain began with Hive Learners, which acted as a launchpad for me. It has been a pleasant experience, thanks in large part to the various communities in which I have participated.

What's Next?

Because of Hive, I did something really significant and difficult. On the other hand, on a more personal level, I plan to contribute additional value to the blockchain in a variety of ways. I am participating in a variety of learning opportunities and endeavoring to improve my skill sets so that I may put them to use not only on the blockchain but also elsewhere. Let's watch how things develop.
