I have decided to go on my normal routine, I did push up, I managed to do close to 60 push up.
Push up is very important exercise .
Push up is a common exercise that involve the raising and lowering the body using the arms. It helps in the build up of biceps, triceps, shoulder. They also works for the back. It is a good exercise to build more strength.
