Hola amigos de Hive, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi hamburguesa favorita hasta el momento, por supuesto a lo largo del tiempo he comido en locales diferentes y he tenido mi favorita, pero en la actualidad, hay un local que es especial, pues sus hamburguesas me parecen exquisitas y son una mezcla de gourmet con callejera.

Hello friends of Hive, today I want to share with you my favorite burger so far, of course over time I have eaten in different places and I have had my favorite, but today, there is a place that is special, because their burgers seem to me exquisite and are a mixture of gourmet and street.

En esta oportunidad fui a una feria de comida llamada Mestizos, junto a mi novia Hive account@alexeyha86 quien no quiso salir en las fotos pues había tenido un mal día. En este local hay distintos negocios de comida rápida, entre ellos Kahlos. Es habitual que vayamos allí a comer hamburguesa pues es una de las sedes de Kahlos que tenemos más cerca.

This time I went to a food fair called Mestizos, with my girlfriend Hive account@alexeyha86 who didn't want to be in the pictures because she had had a bad day. In this place there are different fast food businesses, among them Kahlos. We usually go there to eat hamburgers as it is one of the Kahlos locations closest to us.

Como de costumbre yo pedí la orden de combo con papas fritas llamada Don Quijote 180 grs de carne, queso amarillo, cebolla crispy, lechuga, mayonesa y bbq. Mi novia pidió una Sabina: 180 grs de carne, queso amarillo, tocineta, pepinillos, cebolla, tomate, lechuga y salsas tradicionales.

As usual I ordered the combo order with fries called Don Quijote: 180 grams of meat, yellow cheese, crispy onion, lettuce, mayonnaise and bbq. My girlfriend ordered a Sabina: 180 grs of meat, yellow cheese, bacon, pickles, onion, tomato, lettuce and traditional sauces.

Entre las dos me pareció que la Sabina tenia mejores y más sabores, aunque no soy muy fan de los pepinillos. La Don Quijote por su parte tenía un sabor más tradición y la cebolla crispy, que es cebolla empanizada le da un toque especial.

Between the two I thought the Sabina had better and more flavors, although I'm not a big fan of pickles. The Don Quijote on the other hand had a more traditional flavor and the crispy onion, which is breaded onion gives it a special touch.

No sé si Kahlos está solo en mi ciudad pero , este lugar lo recomiendo altamente, de verdad sus hamburguesas son exquisitas y si tienes la oportunidad de probarlas , no te las puedes perder.

I don't know if Kahlos is only in my city but I highly recommend this place, their burgers are really exquisite and if you have the opportunity to try them, you can't miss them.
